Group Education Sessions

Service Description

If you are part of a group, whether it be a sports team or a book club, and are interested in learning more about nutrition or herbalism my group education sessions are the perfect option for you. Together we will create an empowering program by tailoring your education to match your groups specific needs and interests.  ​ What to expect: Prior to the session we will maintain open contact until an individualized lesson plan is finalized to your liking. Each group member will be provided with this lesson plan before we meet to ensure everybody is focused on the topic and prepared to grow their knowledge base. A typical session is about one-hour in length, however, multiple sessions or lengthened sessions can also be developed to optimize learning.
