A Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, Herbalist and founder of The Health Habit LLC.

and your guide to all things holistic wellness

I am dedicated to helping people build connection. Connection to self, to nature, to each other, and to our experiences. My mission is to empower women to feel confident and clear about how to support their bodies naturally.

Maria’s teaching style intuitively blends modern science with ancient practices to support whole-body healing and self-compassion.

why are classes donation-based?

The only thing that used to keep me from attending yoga classes was finances. And the gifts of yoga are far too precious to be limited by cost. That is why my classes are completely donation-based. You can pay nothing or contribute whatever feels aligned. By removing the financial barrier, I hope to allow more people to deepen their yoga practice, connection to self, and experience the healing power of movement, breath, and nervous system regulation.​Every community deserves access to yoga, mindfulness, and holistic wellness.

 

All are welcome - no experience, expectations or fancy equipment needed. Just bring a yoga mat (extras are available), water and an open heart. You’ll find a warm, supportive community where self-care feels easy and genuinely healing.
