There are layers to each and every one of us! Science is discovering and proving that our thoughts, feelings, environments, support systems and beliefs IMPACT us physically. We know that stress (aka fear) can single handedly cause our health to spiral. We know that hugs, lovemaking and nature walks alter our physiology. And let us not forget about the placebo effect! Our minds can bend, burn or build our realities. Whether we like it or not... Humans have power! We eat a grape and transform it into cellular life. Our cells build organs and somehow, they allow us to breath, sing, dance and exist within this beautiful world. We build skyscrapers, space ships, virtual communication, medicines, poisons, stories and everything in-between. There is no doubt that our minds and spirits are capable of effecting our physical bodies. Life coaching is a part of my holistic health practice to honor the whole of our human experience.
