Wellness Consistency Coaching is a 1:1 holistic health offer designed to build sustainable habits that nourish your body, calm your mind, and fit your life. Together, we’ll walk through my holistic health framework in a way that feels doable, personalized, and empowering. By the end of call #1 (1-hour in length) you’ll receive: - A personalized meal plan - A complete grocery list for ease and clarity - A basic understanding of holistic nutrition - Strategies that focus on nutrients, not calories - so you can feel satisfied and more energized This plan is built for real life. All recipes require basic ingredients, minimal cooking skills and do not take a long time to prepare. The plan is simple, flexible, and built to help you succeed. This isn’t another generic diet or lifestyle checklist. As a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner and Herbalist who walks the walk, I combine functional knowledge with years of personal experience. I know when you need support + guidance and when you need a little tough love because I have been there. My ultimate goal and superpower is making the complex simple so you can stop second-guessing and start feeling better in your body.
