I'm Maria...

a nature-loving herbalist and science-obsessed Nutrition Therapy Practitioner who’s been on a mission to make healing feel possible (and practical) since age 13.

 

My journey started when I watched my grandfather reverse his type 2 diabetes through holistic nutrition. That moment sparked a lifelong obsession with understanding the root of health - not just through food, but through a whole-being approach that honors the body, the mind, and the world we live in. After studying Nutrition and Dietetics, I took the road less traveled - diving deep into herbalism, alternative healing modalities, psychology and everything in-between. All in an effort to uncover what truly helps people feel vibrant and whole.

Now, I combine the best of science and soul to help women create wellness routines that feel joyful and fulfilling NOT stressful and regimented. I bring a rare blend of fierce compassion, intellectual depth, and a deep-rooted drive to understand the truth - not just about the body, but the entire human experience. I don’t see people as problems to fix; I see them as whole beings to witness, support, and empower. My superpower is making the complicated feel doable, the overwhelming feel calming, and the healing process feel like a return home. Whether I’m hiking through the wilderness, blending herbs, teaching on my podcast or guiding clients like you - I’m always striving for embodied wisdom. This coaching program is how I help you come back to yourself, with consistency, clarity, and intention.
